Automatic Stylus Module Changer for TP20 and CF20 Systems
The MCR20 is a motor-free module changing rack designed to store and protect up to six TP20 or CF20 stylus modules, enabling fast and automatic probe module exchanges under program control. By eliminating the need for manual intervention, the MCR20 significantly improves measurement efficiency and repeatability in multi-feature inspections.
Compatible with both Renishaw TP20 modules and our CF20 modules, the rack ensures secure positioning and protection from airborne contaminants during idle periods. The unit can be easily mounted on any coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and initial alignment and coordinate setup are straightforward.
