Sources & comparison notes

Selected catalog length-error limits under source-specific conditions; not a common-condition test or evidence of equal overall performance. These are not scanning-form errors or part uncertainty. MPEe, E0 and E150 are retained as published, not assumed interchangeable. Probes, travel and acceptance setups differ.

The 300 mm figures are calculated from the published formulas, not measured. Relative limits can change with measuring length; rounding to 0.001 µm does not imply that level of measurement uncertainty. Range labels describe the PeakMerit lineup, not equivalent competitor classes.

Prepared by PeakMerit from the sources below. Archived entries describe historical configurations; current specifications and U.S. availability are not established. This selection does not cover every current model or the best available configuration. Confirm current specifications and availability with the supplier. Brand names identify products only; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
