The Shop Floor CMM is a compact, high-precision measuring machine designed for in-line or near-line measurement in production environments. Its linear guideway design ensures stable motion, while the space-saving footprint makes it ideal for modern manufacturing facilities.

• All three axes feature a contamination-resistant design, effectively shielding internal components from shop-floor dust and debris to ensure long-term accuracy and system stability.

• Each axis is equipped with an integrated high-precision temperature sensor (0.1 ℃ resolution), enabling reliable measurements across a wide temperature range (16–30 ℃) — no need for a climate-controlled room.

• Stainless steel linear guideways, high-performance motors, and a rigid drive system ensure mechanical stability and repeatable precision.

• All-in-one measurement configuration saves space and integrates easily into existing production layouts.

• Compact structure with high vibration resistance; easily relocatable using a standard pallet truck.
